These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Next Quarter platform, website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorised means.

3. Data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. Next Quarter retains ownership of the platform, software, models, outputs generated by the platform and related intellectual property. You receive a limited licence to use the Services during the term of your subscription or trial.

4. Confidentiality and security

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed in connection with the Services. Next Quarter implements security measures designed to safeguard customer data as described in our security documentation and Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Next Quarter’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
