As Chief Executive Officer, Rahul Shah defines the strategic vision for Next Quarter, setting and monitoring the execution of the overall strategy for the company. In this role, Rahul channels his drive and passion into effective methods for helping companies achieve predictable revenue growth.

Rahul brings more than 20 years of experience as a CFO and COO to Next Quarter, with an extensive financial planning, sales analytics, and operational management background. Before heading up Next Quarter, he created a Center of Excellence for Revenue Growth at CSC. Prior to that, he was CFO for the Americas region. Rahul is also a former Global Industry Verticals CFO, managing $8B+ P&L at CSC and establishing a Global COE for Revenue and Sales Analytics.

Rahul has a bachelor’s degree and a master's in commerce and holds CPA and Chartered Accountant certifications. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new places, cooking for his family, gardening, and playing squash.

As the VP of Customer Success at Next Quarter, Aniket leads the team in driving customer success, ensuring that clients at Next Quarter achieve their business objectives. His role encompasses post-sale functions including Customer Success, Service, Support, and Community to drive outcomes leading to best-in-class customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

With over 15 years across a broad portfolio of Enterprise Software/SaaS in the Sales Tech/CRM space, Aniket brings extensive expertise in leading sales methodologies and implementing strategic account management programs for large sales teams. More recently, Aniket spent more than a decade at DemandFarm, where he led Customer Success and Strategic Account teams for North America and EMEA and played a key role in Product Development by championing the Voice of Customer.

Aniket is a multidimensional, data-driven leader focused on employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and retention. His core values include customer empathy, adaptability, accountability, and strategic vision—building trust, driving growth, and fostering collaboration to deliver lasting customer impact.

Aniket holds an honorary Bachelor’s degree from Pune University in Pune, India and PMP certification from the Pune chapter of the Project Management Institute. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan, enjoying cricket and badminton, a car and motorbike enthusiast, and is currently exploring the craft of leatherworking in his spare time.
